Dr. Thomas Wartenberg's book Big Ideas for Little Kids works like a good cookbook. Using it and the below resources, you can:

  • Study the methods clearly and simply laid out in the book.
  • Pick Book Modules (books required), and/or Story Modules (stories included).
  • Find kids, work out logistics.
  • If using Book Modules, obtain the associated children's books.
  • Go for it. Meet with the kids, follow the directions, succeed, learn, invent.

On Wartenberg's website, you may find more Book Modules and good resources.

Other resources, such as a Young Philosophers network, consultants, turnkey training-plus-kickoff seminars, and additional materials, may come to exist. But these are not necessary; you don't need to wait!
